Termination of Existing Law
Article 456
The Enterprise Law ("The Official Gazette SRJ", Nos. 29/96, 33/96, 29/97, 59/98, 74/99, 9/01 and 36/02), except provisions of Articles 392 - 399 and 400A, 400B, 400V and 421A which shall remain in force until the expiration of deadlines for privatization established by the law that regulates privatization, shall be replaced by this Law.

PUBLISHER’S NOTE
* On February 1st 2012 which is the day of the commencement of application of the Law on Business Companies ("Official Herald of the RS", No. 36/2011), the Law on Business Companies ("Official Herald of the RS", No. 125/04) shall cease to be valid, except for the provision contained in Article 456 thereof, which shall be applicable until the privatization of existing socially owned companies and commercial entities which conduct business with socially owned or state owned capital is finalized.
