DECISION No 03/2023 OF THE REGIONAL STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE TRANSPORT COMMUNITY OF WRITTEN PROCEDURE CONCLUDED ON 14 APRIL 2023 AMENDING DECISION NO 2019/3 OF THE REGIONAL STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE TRANSPORT COMMUNITY OF 5 JUNE 2019 ("Off. Herald of the RS", No. 71/2023)

THE REGIONAL STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE TRANSPORT COMMUNITY,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Transport Community, and in particular Article 24(1) and Article 30 thereof,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Sole Article

Decision NO 2019/3 of the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community of 5 June 2019 is hereby amended as follows:

1. Heading 9 of Annex Il, Staff Regulations of the Transport Community shall read as follows:

'9. SALARIES, TRAVEL, MOVING EXPENSES AND EDUCATION ALLOWANCE’;

2. A new Article 9.4 is added to Annex Il, Staff Regulations of the Transport Community, and shall read as follows:

'9.4 Education allowance

The Transport Community may contribute to the education allowance for a dependent child or children of staff members who is or are attending an educational institution charging schooling fees at the place where the seat of the Permanent Secretariat is located, in accordance with detailed rules to be laid down by the Steering Committee.‘
