DECISION NO 2023/04 OF THE REGIONAL STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE TRANSPORT COMMUNITY ON THE RENEWAL OF THE MANDATES OF/HE DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARIAL OF THE TRANSPORT COMMUNITY ("Off. Herald of the RS", No. 71/2023)

THE REGIONAL STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE TRANSPORT COMMUNITY

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Transport Community, and in particular Article 24(1) and Article 30 thereof;

Having regard to Decision 2019/3 of the Regional Steering Committee of 5 June 2019 on the Rules on the Recruitment, Working Conditions and Geographic Equilibrium of the Staff of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community;

Having regard to Decision 2020/2 of the Regional Steering Committee of 6 July 2020 on the appointment of the Director of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community;

Having regard to Decision 2020/3 of the Regional Steering Committee of 6 July 2020 on the appointment of the Deputy Director of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community;

Having regard to the agreed conclusions from the meeting of the Regional Steering Committee;

Members on 25 April 2023, the subsequent written consultation of the Ministerial Council finalised on 26 May 2023, and the conclusions of the Regional Steering Committee Meeting of 27 June 2023;

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The term of office of Mr Matej Zakonjsek as Director of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community is renewed for another period of three years, as of I August 2023.

Article 2

The term of office of Ms Ljuba Siljanoska as Deputy Director of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community is renewed for another period of three years, as of I September 2023.

Article 3

The place of assignment for both is the seat of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community, Masarikova 5, 11000 Belgrade (Serbia).
